Executive Master in Strategic Finance and Business Leadership

Course Information

Introduction

Culture determines how decisions are made, how people collaborate, and what gets prioritized. When culture and strategy are misaligned, execution slows and turnover rises. This five-day course gives leaders a practical process to assess culture, align it with strategic priorities, and design interventions that change behavior. Participants will produce data-driven diagnostics and a short-term implementation plan they can use immediately.

Objectives

1. Assess current culture using interviews, pulse surveys, and behavior mapping.
2. Translate strategic priorities into specific behaviors, norms, and decision rules.
3. Design targeted interventions—leadership practices, team rituals, role changes—to shift culture.
4. Define measurable culture metrics, reporting cadence, and links to performance outcomes.
5. Produce a 90-day implementation plan with stakeholder map, communications, and risk mitigations.
